Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between CI Solar Back Ups (Pty) Ltd, hereinafter referred to as “CI Solar,” and the user or entity accessing and using CI Solar’s services, hereinafter referred to as “User” or “You.”
1. Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing or using any services provided by CI Solar, including but not limited to the website, products, or consultations, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Services:
CI Solar provides industrial and commercial solar solutions, including consultations, design, installation, and maintenance services.
3. User Responsibilities:
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of Services:
You agree to use CI Solar services for lawful purposes only. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5. Intellectual Property:
All content and materials provided by CI Solar, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of CI Solar and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Confidentiality:
Any confidential information disclosed by CI Solar to you shall be kept confidential, and you agree not to disclose or use such information for any purpose other than the intended service.
7. Payments:
Payment terms for services provided by CI Solar will be outlined in specific agreements or invoices. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
8. Disclaimers:
CI Solar makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the information or services provided. The use of our services is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability:
CI Solar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
10. Termination:
CI Solar reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement.
11. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Constitution of South Africa , Act 108 of 1996.
12. Changes to Terms:
CI Solar reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
